These are the topics I have covered, divided up into Physical and Human sections. Although the headings may not exactly match the topic titles in your course, you should be able to use them as a starting point for research. The site descriptions are worth reading as they can direct you to the most helpful site more quickly than using the search facility. I hope you find the links useful in support of your studies. Please suggest new sites that you discover that you think other students would appreciate having in this collection.
Human - provides access to a wide range of links to sites relating to all
the major Human Geography topics. It is sub-divided into Population, Settlement, Industry, Agriculture, Environmental and Other (which includes country profiles).
Physical - provides access to a wide range of links relating to the major Physical Geography topics. It is sub-divided into Rivers, Coasts, Glaciation, Weather and Climate, Plate Tectonics, Ecosystems and Other.
There is also a small section called "General" which at the moment contains links to the web sites of the various awarding bodies (examination boards). This enables you to check the full details of the content of the course you are following and the details of the examination papers you will sit. A further sub-section has links to several sites offering quizzes, games and puzzles-learn while you have some fun!
Check out the audio guides as well! The one on river processes has been very popular and loads of students have found it useful.
